Step-1: Profile Registration
Please use this step to give general information about yourself to register your own profile. After entering the required information in on-line form, submit the form by clicking on SUBMIT button. The subsequent screen displays a challan form Take the print out of this challan form.
Use this challan form to deposit the registration fee as applicable in any CBS branch of Allahabad Bank. After registration fee deposition, a Journal Number will be issued by the respective branch of Allahabad Bank.
Proceed to Step-2 on the day next to the day on which you deposited the registration fee. Before proceeding for Step-2, please keep the following ready with yourself:

- Journal Number (given by the bank)
- Softcopy of your Black & White Photograph (3.5cm X 4.5cm) in JPG Format (less than 15 KB size)
- Own Scanned Signature (3.5cm X 1.5cm) in JPG (less than 15 KB size)
Step-2: Verify Challan
Use Verify Challan tab to Verify Challan. Fill up the journal number (given by the bank) in appropriate field of online form and then click on Verify button. If your journal number is correct, you will be prompted to upload softcopies of your black & white photograph and scanned signature. After uploading of black & white photograph and scanned signature, the final Confirmation Page of Application Form shall be generated by computer. Take print out of this confirmation page in two copies (one for being sent to the University alongwith challan and other will be being retained by the candidate).
Please complete the printout of the Confirmation Page of Application Form by affixing black & white photograph (same as the one uploaded in application form), put signature and left-hand thumb impression of candidate and the signature of parent/guardian at appropriate places. The duly complete copy of the Confirmation Page of Application Form should be sent along with University copy of Bank Challan to The Registrar, Deen Dayal Upadhaya Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur-273009 (U.P.) so as to reach latest by 5 P.M. June 6, 2014 .
Please do keep 4 additional copies of the black & white photograph (same as uploaded on ON-Line Application Form) for future use.
