Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU) also called as ‘Kanpur
University’ was founded in the year of 1966 in the Kanpur City, Uttar
Pradesh. This University is a public university owned by State
Government, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is administered under the state
legislature of the government of Uttar Pradesh. The university has more
than 800 affiliated colleges in 14 districts of Uttar Pradesh.
